We were at my parents house this week where there is a cat Layla will NOT leave alone. Needless to say she followed (more like chased) him everywhere. Here, she offers a peace offering – friendship – her beloved ducks. She picked them up and set them on the chair next to the cat.
“I share. I share. CAT.”
then she tried to snuggle her way onto the chair next to the cat as if a bunch of fake, plastic toys would convince him to play with her. He stayed for a minute while she climbed up onto the chair and began to “Rock Cat”, back and forth, back and forth. I guess he gets motion sickness because he would have none of the companion rocking.
