Selfcare makes me a better mom

What are you doing to fill your cup today? We cannot give to others if we have nothing to give. Self care is vital for living wholeheartedly and soulfully and is vital for being able to nurture and nourish your young people. I used to believe I was being selfish for taking time, space, energy for myself. I used to think it made me a “bad mom”. Now I know it makes me a “better mom” and a better human being. I can’t give to others what I don’t, first have inside. It’s not selfish, it’s altruistic.
