Question: Are your toys all made in the United States?
Answer: Yes! All of our handmade toys are produced in the United States using locally sourced raw materials with an eco-conscious approach.
Question: What type of paint and finish do you use on your toys?
Answer: Our paints and coatings are natural, and eco-friendly. We use a non-toxic, soy based pigment which is made in the U.S.A. For added protection against wear, tear, and play we use a beeswax finish with a mix of jojoba oil. Our sealant helps to coat the wood and brightens the colors naturally!
Question: Do you have any discounts, offers, or promotions?

Question: What sort of toy do you recommend for a child of a particular age?
Answer: We do our best to make our categories easy to navigate. Each grouping of our products includes a suggested age range, and each listing makes note of the right age for each toy. We have had lots of product testers give us feedback to figure out which toys fit best at every age of play.

Question. Do you accept Wholesale Inquiries?
Answer: Yep! We love the opportunity to work with and supply small businesses with our creations! Wholesale prices vary between products. The easiest, and fastest way to receive a quote is to send us an e-mail at Support@MamaMayiShop.com with the the products and quantities you are interested in, as well as a shipping address so that we can give a shipping price quote.
Question: Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?
Answer: I take great care to show and describe items as accurately as possible. I provide photos of the actual items, but due to computer differences, there can also be differences in the colors displayed. If, for some reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, I will accept returns and refund your money at our shop’s discretion under the following conditions:
-Let me know within two days of receiving the item and explain any problems.
-After contacting me, please carefully bundle the item in the original package, and ship it back to with delivery confirmation.
Typically, you will be refunded the original purchase price once I receive the item in its original condition. The original shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
Question: Are product sizes and dimensions listed for each product?
Answer: Yes! The photo’s are designed to highlight the products, and are not actual size. Some are close ups, some are far-away play shots. If you’re concerned about sizing or age appropriate play options, please read the product descriptions in full 🙂 The product descriptions contain age/play appropriate recommendations, along with sizing and dimensions.
Question: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Yes! We try our best to keep costs down, so whenever possible we combine items into a Priority Flat Rate envelope in hopes of you spending the least amount of money while still receiving your items in a timely fashion. If your order is too heavy or bulky for this service, it will be sent using Regular First Class Mail. If you would like insurance added to your order please contact us at Support@MamaMayiShop.com and we will PayPal invoice you for the extra, optional, insurance costs.
