We went to the pottery place recently on a whim. Buga has been interested in doing something like this ever since she saw an episode of Caillou where he and his grandma make a mug for his Mom. This is exactly what we did.
“I want to paint a mug for you, Mama.”
I am glad I didn’t decide to make one too, because I would have liked to be there a lot longer than she did. It worked out well that we did this as a teamwork project. I can’t wait to see the finished product and have this special mug living in my cupboard.
