I have been wanting to make these little sandwich flowers for some time now. I saw them in a parenting magazine and thought they would be a fun way to each “sandwiches”. They were easy to make and a fun addition to our play date snack time.
– First you take a piece of bread and flatten it with a rolling pin.
– “Squish” it into a greased muffin tin in a flower formation
– Bake for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees until light brown and formed
– Let cool
– Fill with favorite sandwich goodness
we used turkey lunch meat with slices of string cheese on top
I also put out a tray of yummies for snacking.
cantaloupe, edamame, carrots, and mini pepperoni
